The University of Southampton Malaysia (UoSM) will be holding its open day on 23 March from 10am-4pm. This will be the perfect opportunity for students and parents to visit the university’s campus at EduCity in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. Ranked 96th in the QS World University Rankings 2019, UoSM offers world-class engineering degrees and is equipped with the latest research facilities.

UoSM offers the Engineering Foundation Year, MEng Aeronautics and Astronautics, MEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering and MEng Mechanical Engineering. The undergraduate programmes are integrated master’s programmes so students will graduate with a Master of Engineering (MEng) in just 4 years. There is also the 2+2 programme where students spend two years in Malaysia and the remaining two years in Southampton, UK. UoSM ensures that the quality of education is exactly the same across all its campuses and the low student-to-teacher ration enables students to gain maximum knowledge and the full attention of their lecturers. A great advantage is that the cost of the programme here is 40% less than the UK.

For students who apply on the day, admission fees will be waivered and an Early Bird Discount of RM1,500 will be applied for those who register early. There are also scholarships of up to 100% available.
