The core subjects of Key Stage 3 (Years 7-9) include English, Mathematics, Science and Information Communication Technology (ICT) in addition to subjects like Geography, History, Design & Technology, Performing Arts and Modern Foreign Languages. Students go through the external assessments of Checkpoint tests by Cambridge International Examinations.

In Key Stage 4 (Years 10 and 11), students can choose from courses ranging from Languages, Humanities, Mathematics, Science, Social Sciences, Technology and Arts, leading to the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) examinations.

In Key Stage 5 (Sixth Form/Years 12 and 13), students go through the Cambridge International A Level and AS Programme. Students are taught in smaller classes with specialist teachers, and have the option of choosing from a wide range of subjects across Languages, Mathematics, Sciences and Art & Design. Students also have the opportunity to develop non-academic life and leadership skills beyond the classroom with community service, sports events and more.

Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE) and Agama provisions for Muslim students are available at all secondary key stages.

Students studying the national curriculum will go through the Secondary School Standard Curriculum (Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Menengah; KSSM) from Form 1 to Form 5, and will take the Form Three Assessment (Pentaksiran Tingkatan Tiga, PT3) in Form 3 and Malaysian Certificate of Education (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia, SPM) in Form 5. To ensure a holistic learning experience, subjects like music, fine arts, sports and a wide range of co-curricular activities are offered in addition to core subjects like Bahasa Melayu, English, Mathematics, Science, History and Moral. Upper secondary students (Forms 4-5) have the option of studying in the Arts or Science streams with subjects like Accounting, Visual Arts and Economics for the Arts stream and Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Additional Mathematics for the Science stream.
