With a focus on nurturing the individual through a curriculum designed to encourage and enhance a lifelong learning journey, ISKL is known for being a centre of educational excellence.

The International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) was established in 1965 and is a co-educational, private, not-for-profit school with a student body of over 1,800 aged 3-18 years from more than 65 countries. The school is known for offering a robust international curriculum combining leading North American educational frameworks with global best practice.

The curriculum recognises that students are on a lifelong learning journey and is driven by ISKL’s mission to challenge each student to ‘Be All You Are’ and develop the attitudes, skills, knowledge, and understanding to become a successful, spirited, socially responsible global citizen.

ISKL focuses on best-fit and nurturing the individual as opposed to a one-size-fits-all education. Why? Because every child learns differently, and our mission is to provide every learner with the flexibility to choose the pathway best suited to their abilities, interests, and aspirations.  With the introduction of two innovative academic options, PRAXIS 2030 and Pursuits, our High School students now have even more study paths to choose from.

The school’s next Open Day will be held on Thursday October 1st from 9am to 12midday. This is a great opportunity to get a better idea of what ISKL can offer, ask questions and check out the campus and its facilities. The day’s programme will begin with a welcome by Head of School, Mr. Rami Madani; followed by student-led school tours conducted in multiple languages and a Q&A session with faculty and community members.

Register now to join the ISKL Open Day.
